International Students

Required Documents

You are required to submit the following items along with your online application:

1. Passport-sized photograph

In a white background

2. A colour copy of all pages of your passport

(NOTE: Your passport must be valid for at least 18 months from the expected date of entry. It must NOT contain information of any dependent(s) / family members.)

3. A certified true copy of your high school academic transcripts and certificates

A second set in English translation and certified true copy is required.

4. Pre-arrival Medical Screening form and report

(Medical examination form must be verified by a doctor.)

How to Apply Online

Step 1

Complete the Online Application

Submit the online application form, which only takes a few minutes. Our student counsellors will contact you to guide you through the next steps.

Step 2

Receive Your Conditional Offer

Once all required documents are received, we will assess your eligibility. Successful applicants will receive a Letter of Conditional Offer by email.

Step 3

Confirm Your Enrolment

Accept the offer by transferring the registration fee to the designated bank account. The amount will be credited towards your tuition fees after bank charges are applied.

Step 4

Visa Processing and Fee Payment

Visa processing typically takes between two to four weeks. Upon approval, full payment is required, and the Letter of Offer and Visa Approval Letter will be sent to you.

Step 5

Arrival and Airport Pickup

Email your flight details at least five working days before arrival. An Erican representative will be there to welcome you at the airport.

Malaysian Students

1. Enrol into our programme now by submitting an online application

It only takes a few minutes and our friendly Student Counsellors will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

2. Come Visit Us

You can also come and enrol at any one of our Erican centres in Malaysia. To make this process quick and easy, please bring along your Identification Card (I.C.).

3. Take our Erican Placement Test

Students are required to take our Placement Test before undertaking this programme. The Placement Test lets us know your English proficiency level, so that you are put in the right class with peers of the same level. This would allow you to learn more effectively as everything taught in class would be tailored to your specific level.

4. Start classes

Depending on the programme, different centres have its own intake dates. Please refer to the centre time table for accurate intake dates.
